Throughout the year, the London Potters Guild hosts or participates in special events. These include
- A juried exhibition in partnership with a public gallery every second year.
- Our "Ultimate Blue Plate Special" gala dinner to celebrate the guild, showcase our work, and raise money for the guild.
- A “Raku Bash” each June where 30 to 40 clay artists brave the heat to create raku masterpieces.
- Annual "Show and Tell" meeting where all members are encouraged to bring in their works for critique and discussion and to share their summer clay experiences with other members.
- Training sessions in studio management 3 to 4 times per year.
- Participation in Empty Bowls, where members donate bowls which are given as part of an event to raise awareness and money for people in London who are hungry.
- Participation in special events in London to teach people about our craft.
