JURYING
Jurying will be conducted through CD Submissions. Successful candidates will then be notified by phone or email to deliver artwork to the London Clay Art Centre for the show opening.

ELIGIBILITY
- This juried exhibition is open to all artists in Southwestern Ontario.
- All works must be original and completed the last 18 months
- All works must be composed of at least 80% clay
- The Gallery reserves the right to refuse any work of art due to unreasonable size or weight.
FEE
- Photo submissions must be in jpeg format, 300dpi, 3” X 5” with a neutral grey background
- A $30 entry fee for members and a $40 entry fee for non-members must accompany the entry form.
- A maximum of three artworks per submission.
- Cheques should be made out to: “The London Potters Guild”
ENTRY FORM & CD
Please complete and sign the entry form and enclose with your CD. Each entry must include:
- Artist name
- Artist Bio
- For each entry:
- Title and date of work
- corresponding file name for the jpeg image
- Dimensions of the work
- A maximum of three images per work
- Sale price / NOT for sale
TRANSPORTATION AND INSURANCE
- All shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the submitting artist.
- All works will be insured by the London Potters Guild while on the premises.
SALES
A commission of 25% will be collected by the LCAC on all sales. HST will be applied.
ARTIST LEVIES
A fee will be paid to each artist in the exhibition.
AWARDS
Best in show - $300
Best functional - $250 gift certificate PSH
Best non-functional - $250 gift certificate Tuckers
Best Novice – workshop of choice at the LCAC
SCHEDULE
- Deadline for Entry March 9th, 2012
- April 2nd – Notification by phone or email of works accepted in the show
- May 18th –Work selected for show to be delivered to the London Clay Art Centre.
- May 25th – Exhibition opens. Reception and Awards presentation 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm
- June 25th – Closing date
- June 26th – June 29th – Pick up artworks
By entering the exhibition, the artist grants the LCAC the right to photograph any work for publicity, educational and reference purposes. No entry may be withdrawn once it has been accepted.
